Each Light Tower is unique and custom made to complement its surroundings. The underlying post is made from marine grade stainless steel, hand bent, welded and polished in James’ workshop in Cebu, Philippines. The ovular shaped shades are hand crafted from harvested wood and charred multiple times in accordance with the Japanese wood burning technique of ShouSugi Ban. To diffuse light, the shade makes use of raffia material from the unfurled palm of the majestic Buri Palm, our indigenous Royal Palm, stripped and hand woven by the industrious ladies of Tubigon, Central Eastern Philippines. The LED strips are CE approved and have a working life of more than 15,000 hours
